The activities in the plastics division:

We supply plastic parts of high specification mainly to the automotive, domestic and commercial appliances industries, with OEM quality products.

We do have our own mold fabrication shop, which allows us to fabricate prototype or emergency molds in very short times, inclusive using specific techniques for this type of molds as cold metal spray, epoxy resins and EDM process.
The prototype parts allow our customers to check that their developments are functional according to their designs, without having to invest considerable amounts of money in prototype molds.

The machinery that we have in our molds shop are:

EDM by penetration of 1 X 0.6 m. With Heidnan CNC

Lathe 80" X 16" - Lathe 40" X 12"

In the plastic fabrication process, we have implemented from June 2001 the quality system ISO 9001, and we are now certified and delivering PPAP level 3 evaluations.

We recently added an Arburg 320K brand new machine:

Our productive capacity has increased by recently adding three 2001 Arburg brand new machines, model 221, 40 Tons with the most sophisticated controls. In addition we have the following injection units:

  • 5 Brand New Arburgh 221 U, 40 tons with PLC.

  • 1 Arburgh 420, 77 tons with PLC.
5 Arburg 221U, 28 tons.

  • 1 Arburg Machine 420, 77 tons / with PLC.

  • 1 Lombard Machine, 266 tons with PLC.

  • 3 Arburg Machines 221, 40 tons.
