The activities of the Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Division:

This division includes development and manufacturing equipment for several applications, mainly focused to the plastics process industry; from the conception of the idea in CAD, to the final technical support during production at the final customer's plant.

We have all the necessary means to integrate PLC's, Robots and Remote or Net controls in our equipment, according to the specifications of our customer.

The average value size of our projects is US$ 300,000, and the maximum manufacturing volume that we can handle in a project 100% built by us (only manufacturing) is up to US$ 1,000,000; also we can handle turn key projects up to US$ 2,500,000 with contract workers.

We have all the necessary equipment to manufacture the project, and a complete machinery shop, independent from the mold shop, in this fabrication area.

	Bridge milling for flat surfaces. 4 X 1.22 m
	Open TOS milling 3 X 1.75 m.
	8 milling machines and lathes different sizes .
	Two Milling Machines Copiers 5:1 number 1.

During the past 6 years, we have manufactures close to $4 Million US Dollars in equipment and machinery, mainly for the Polyurethane industry, equipment for the molding of refrigeration cabinets, rigid foam panel presses, air humid base equipment for pollution control, trolleys and machine carriers for continuous process.
